How to place an order?

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. Please send us an email via our order form below of every page with the item code and name, colours, size and quantity. Once we receive your email, we will confirm your order via email, which you will be required to make a payment to our bank account or paypal. We will proceed to mail your order/s once payment is received. Delivery charges will wholly borne by the buyer.

Order Cancellation

Once payment is made, we will not accept any order cancellation.

Return, Refund & Exchange

We are very careful with the merchandise that we deliver and we have in place quality control for our goods. Therefore, we do not accept any returns, refunds nor exchange once the order is shipped. However, we do accept exchange of items on a case by case basis that is agreeable to both parties. You may exchange the items within 7 days from the date you receive the items based on our agreement via email. Below are the terms for exchange:

1) Items that are worn out, dirtied or washed will not be accepted.

2) Discounted or items on promotion are not accepted.

3) Delivery charges to return the items will be borne by the buyer. We will not refund the delivery charges made for the first delivery.

4) We will not be responsible for loss or damages on the returned items.

5) Please pack the returned items well to avoid damage during transit. Please send the item via registered post.

6) We will send the replacement item once we receive the returned item.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content available on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Label Policy

Under the manufacturer’s policy, some clothing labels may be discarded by way of cutting, small cuts or blackened using markers. This is done to ensure that no parties may return these items to the manufacturer for refund of the full original retail price.

Brand Items that We Carry

Please note that the branded items that we carry such as Oshkosh, Gap, Next and Polo are new and non-rejected items. These clothings that we offer are chosen from overstocks due to order cancellation, over production or returns from the brand suppliers.
